Per data supplied by the Finance Department of the Town of Rocky Mount: 1999 (prior to revitalization) 2007-08 The Community Partnership for Revitalization is proud to have led the Central Business District revitalization efforts by bringing the Main Street program to the district. This program, managed by the Community Partnership for Revitalization, continues to be a vital tool in securing, and keeping, revitalization grants.
