Come Home to Franklin County Christmas

Our Vendors

We welcome artists, makers, and small business owners who create original, handmade products, and  works of art. We also accept a limited number of direct sales vendors.  Both everyday essentials and seasonal holiday items are encouraged. Additionally we invite local food and beverage vendors, small businesses, as well as community and non-profit organizations to celebrate with family, friends, and the community at Come Home to Franklin County Christmas.

Not allowed to be sold:

  • Any items that have not been pre-approved 

 


 

Additional Details:

  • Community Partnership has the right to limit the number of certain vendors for specific categories

  • Preference will be given to vendors located within Franklin County or a 50-mile radius of Rocky Mount, VA

  • Vendors who have signed up for previous years and have no-showed, will not be approved

 


 

How to Apply

  • Complete the online vendor application to be considered.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to high interest and our small review team, we cannot respond to every applicant. You will only be contacted if you are approved.

  • Vendors that best align with the criteria will be contacted via email with next steps.

  • To ensure variety, we may limit the number of vendors in certain categories.

 


 

Booth Details

  • Each vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ booth space with their vendor fee.

  • Vendors must provide their own tent, weights, tables, chairs, and lighting.

  • Electricity is not provided.

  • Generators may be permitted only with prior approval and must follow all safety guidelines.

  • Space heaters of any kind are strictly prohibited due to fire code regulations (violations may result in fines or legal action). Dress accordingly to enjoy the event.
